Shipping and Handling Instructions

All of our Fine European Desserts are distributed by our own delivery trucks and trained personnel. All products will arrive in perfect condition, either frozen or slightly thawed; we will bring them directly from our freezer to yours. For best results , please put the box you receive in the freezer as soon as you receive it, or let us gladly help you with this task.

Shelf life:
Freezer: 6-9 months
Refrigerator: 3-7 days

Thawing Recommendations

Depending on size:
Mousse Cakes & Tarts: 2-3 hours in refrigerator
Cheesecakes: overnight in refrigerator

European Tortes/ Mousse Cakes:
Most of our individual European Tortes have plastic or paper collars for protection.

Please remove the plastic or paper collar, while the cake is still frozen, to preserve its tasteful appearance.
