Blattler's Fine Foods & Desserts is owned and operated by Andreas T. Hoffmann, a German born and educated Chef/Pastry Chef. Chef Andreas has been professionally employed throughout Europe (including Germany, France, and Luxembourg ) as well as within the United States, in many areas of the food service and pastry industry. Chef Andreas brings many years of experience as a Culinary Chef and Instructor to this successful company.

Blattler's Fine Foods & Desserts was founded in 1979 in Auburn, California. Our reputation grew rapidly and the word of our quality catering and fine desserts spread throughout the community, including chefs of major hotels, country clubs and restaurants.
